Where to stay in Prague

I want to book weekend to Prague from March 20th-23rd. I want a 5* hotel or any recommendations for a very good 4*. Which of these is good?

Corinthia is a big conference hotel not centrally located. President is in the very center, quite nice, looks like a typical chain hotel also. Aria is fab, located in Mala Strana. Hilton we have two.

We stayed at the Ventana and Iron Gate Suites. Both were very, very nice. Both had customer service I have never had any other place in all our travels.

The Ventana also has a room, I think it was #42, with a balcony that looks out at Old Town Square and Tyn Towers.

Hotel 51, Praha 9, Prague 194 00, Konzumní 14 / 253 - close to the Hloubetin metro station. Rooms acceptable (rather 2*). Although shown - they don't accept credit cards. Cash required. Don't pay in advance. If they fail you won't get money back. Hotel 51 doesn't belong to any association.

The room you are descibing, luggageinhand, used to be my living room.....
